Corporate Gifting & Shipping Platform Craftom Helps Enterprise Companies Connect With Remote Prospects, Clients & Employees

The Craftom Gifting and Shipping Platform was built as a direct response to the new remote working environment’s inherent challenges

PINEVILLE, N.C. - In just over 9 months, Craftom, a corporate gifting and shipping platform, has experienced explosive growth, moving from merely an idea into a full-fledged platform for the work-from-home environment, with a growing client list including Hitachi, NetApp, MongoDB and Proofpoint.

Since COVID-19 shut down the United States in March, Craftom’s revenue has increased by 912%, and the company is in discussions with multiple VC firms interested in investing in the emerging work-from-home space.

It wasn’t an easy path to get there. Craftom launched in January 2020, and just 2.5 months later the United States seemingly shut down That weekend, the Craftom team shut themselves in their office determined to find a way to pivot the business, survive in the face of a global pandemic and make gift giving easier when working from home is suddenly the norm.

Out of this, Craftom launched the Craftom Gifting and Shipping Platform, the first B2B online marketplace for companies to send personalized business gifts, work from home supplies and office equipment to anyone working from anywhere. With Craftom, companies have a single internal platform customized for their needs to seamlessly ship any product to their prospects, customers and employees doorsteps - wherever they're working.

“The shipping of gifts, office equipment and essential WFH supplies is a laborious and painstaking task for any company working remotely - imagine shipping 500 webcams to 500 different home addresses,” said Craftom founder Caleb Musser. “And it's never been more important for these remote companies to make a human impact on their key prospects, customers and employees to strengthen relationships and reduce churn when there isn't any face-to-face interaction for the foreseeable future.”

Corporate gifts and work-from-home products are hosted on Craftom’s white label platform, and Craftom stores and manages its customers inventory and dropships their products as soon as the orders come in. Companies no longer need to spend time searching for home addresses, they can simply send recipients a link where they can select a gift or product, personalize it, and securely enter their shipping address.

With thousands of products and brands to choose from, Craftom’s gifting platform offers a wide range of quality gifts and products that go beyond cheap tchotchkes. While born out of corporate gifting, the problem Craftom is solving in the emerging remote shipping space goes far beyond gifts. Musser's vision is to build the first B2B online marketplace and provide companies with a single internal platform for all of their onsite and remote shipping needs - something that not even Amazon, 4imprint, CDW and other online corporate giants have been able to achieve. The company's vision is to do good in the world while doing so. Craftom's packaging supports reforestation and sustainability and the company is intentional about partnering with small businesses - including women-owned, minority owned, veteran-owned vendors and socially responsible brands.

Similarly, Craftom’s inventory of office equipment and work-from-home essentials features top-of-the-line tech products from the leading brands, along with office enhancements, organizers, desk accessories and more from similar small businesses.
