About Craftom

Mid-size and enterprise tech companies use Craftom's Enterprise Products Platform to source, purchase, kit and ship physical products and goods to remote, hybrid and onsite workers.

What we're looking for:

  • A skilled full-stack engineer who can both write the code and help us roadmap our platform.

Things to know:

  • We believe in a hybrid-code/low-code approach and leveraging best-in-class, highly-secure frameworks and platforms to rapidly deploy and make the Craftom Platform a simple, fast and reliable experience for our users.

Ideal Experience:

  • Expert in Python, Django, PostgresSQL and AWS

  • Expert in [frontend framework of your choice]

  • Ability to roadmap both our backend and frontend for scale - we’re not married to our current stack

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience managing other engineers

Location

Remote (ability to occasionally commute to Charlotte or Raleigh, NC if needed for leadership meetings)

Compensation:

Competitive base, bonus and early-stage equity.
