IT, HR, Revenue and Admin teams at tech companies like Hitachi, Nutanix and NetApp use Craftom's Enterprise Products Platform to purchase, customize, kit and ship everything from MacBooks to Moleskines and Vitaminwater to employees and customers working from anywhere.

What we're looking for:

  • A hungry, competitive director of sales looking to build out your own sales force selling the first enterprise products platform for IT, HR, Revenue and Admin teams.

  • Proven experience selling to mid-size and enterprise software companies; as head of sales, you and your team will be selling SaaS contracts and spend in the Craftom Marketplace to Director to C-level prospects at B2B software companies.

  • Proven track-record of closing and team leader of SDR's and AE's

  • A passionate coach who will get on calls with your reps - still willing get in the trenches and sell with your team!

Required Experience:

  • Ground-floor startup experience - must have sold for a Bootstrapped, Seed or Series A company.

  • 4+ years selling Marketing, HR and IT software/SaaS to mid-size or enterprise accounts

  • 1+ year selling some sort of tangible commodity (computers, copiers, medical devices etc.)

  • 2+ years leading a software sales team

  • Managing deal flow in CRM

  • Creating and helping reps execute sales cadences in SalesLoft or Outreach

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience selling computers, employee recognition/incentive products or marketing merchandise/mailers/print.

Location

Remote (ability to commute to Charlotte or Raleigh, NC monthly)

Compensation:

Competitive base, percentage of all net-new sales and early-stage equity.
