Book Keeper

Bookkeeping Specialist

Craftom is seeking a versatile bookkeeper for a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

Proficient in Quickbooks online, Excel, Sheets and Gusto. This is a 60 day, part-time contract (15+ hours a week) with an option for FTE pending performance.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Quickbooks online experience

- Bookkeeping and accounting experience

- High attention to detail

- Highly organized

- High capacity to multitask and execute projects on tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • AP, AR, General Ledger and Banking and other financial aspects

  • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)

  • Timely filing of sales tax

  • Processing payment for all vendors

  • Hourly, salaried and contract payroll

  • Vendor Purchase orders for customers

  • Managing customer’s available spend balances

  • Manage credit and debit card for purchasing

  • Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company

  • Ensure timely processing of payroll

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

  • 3+ years of experience as a bookkeeper, accountant or controller

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google and QuickBooks

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, detail oriented

Term:

  • 15+ hours a week, 60 Day Contract-to-Hire (FTE available pending performance)

  • Competitive hourly rate (1099)

  • Location: Hybrid - most be able to commute to Craftom in South Charlotte weekly
